RDS BAWA
RDS is a senior finance professional having spent over 40 years in the Industry handling various finance functions. In his last assignment he was the Group CFO of Network 18, a company he joined in its nascent years and oversaw its growth into one of the largest media conglomerates in the country. He is a Chartered Accountant and in 2007 was awarded the industry Leader Award by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi and is a recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Award instituted by the College.
AJAY CHAND
Mr Ajay Chand holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Hansraj College from University of Delhi and is also a qualified chartered accountant. He has over 35 years of professional experience in accounting, financial and corporate legal matters. He has a vast experience of handling IPOs, Merger & Acquisitions, implementation of systems and procedure. He was associated with I TV18 Limited and New Delhi Television Limited as a senior level executive.
GURDEEP SINGH PURI
Mr. Gurdeep Singh Puri, holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University and is also qualified Chartered Accountant, having more than 28 years of working experience. He Possesses strong business and management leadership. He has a vast experience of handling large IPOs, Right issues, Fund raising, Merger & Acquisitions, Structuring deals. He is good in team building and maintaining a healthy relationship with the investors. He worked as a senior level Executive in Den Networks Ltd, TV18 Ltd, F7 Broadcast Ltd, New Delhi Television Ltd, etc.

Ms. Baljeet Kaur, Chartered Accountant, Experienced Financial Services professional with a demonstrated history of over 2.5 decades of working in the Banking and NBFC Industry. MOHAMMAD GHULAM AZHAR
Mr. Mohammad Ghulam Azhar holds masters’ degree in finance and control from Aligarh Muslim University. He has over 25 years of experience and expertise in strategic and financial planning, capital structuring, mergers, and acquisitions. His last assignment was with DEN Networks Limited, where he worked COO for 12 years. Prior to DEN, he was the head of the fund syndication at Access Financial Services.

Mr. Manoj Sharma, Chartered Accountant, with 15 years of expertise in the areas of Management, MIS reporting, Compliances, Internal financial control, Financial consolidation, Valuation, Bank financing, Right issues, and ERP system implementations.
ABHISHEK KUMAR
Mr. Abhishek Kumar is the Managing Partner of Rainforest Venture Network, an early stage investment platform (focusing on pre-series A companies) in technology and other high-growth sectors. Abhishek has close to two decades of experience in investing & operating roles in the technology & media sectors among others in India. He led critical functions like Corporate Development, M&A, and expansion in the two high-growth sectors of consumer internet & television and led 20 mergers & acquisitions, launch of multiple television channels and over a dozen start-up investments. He has been in leadership positions in companies like Snapdeal (one of India’s largest e-commerce companies) where he executed some of the largest M&As and investments in the technology space and Network18. He earlier led investments at Palaash Ventures, an early stage investment fund. He has been an entrepreneur with start-ups in the education & digital media space and F&B.

SUDHANSHU KUMAR SINGH
Mr.Sudhanshu Kumar Singh, Company Secretary with a Law degree having Masters in Physics, Sudhanshu Kumar Singh has rich experience of around two decades in handling all legal matters including matters involving arbitration, matters relating to FEMA, settlement of various claims, drafting and vetting of various agreements, deeds etc. including provident fund matters (in legal domain).
He has corporate exposure with big groups like NDTV, CNN-IBN, ZOOM, Philips, Focus etc. extending to leading the corporate arm of law firm(s) and handling all the four verticals i.e. Legal, Secretarial, Regulatory and Compliances. He is presently serving as Director on the Board of various Companies and is part of core advisory group of NGOs.
NITIN BHATIA
Mr. Nitin Bhatia, FCS with extensive experience of over 6 years, He has been representing large Indian businesses and Multinational clients on matters related to complex commercial disputes, contentious matters related to Company Law, Securities Law, Foreign Exchange Regulations.  He regularly appears before National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Registrar of Companies (ROC), Regional Director (RD), Security and Exchange Board of India, (SEBI) and other national and state level regulatory authorities.Â
His area of practice includes Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Private Equity and Venture Capital Investments, Corporate Restructuring and Re-organisations, Structured Investments, Insolvency, Capital Markets, General Corporate and Commercial Transactions.
VINEET SOOD
Vineet is a Chartered Accountant and Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. Vineet has worked as  Chief Financial Officer of Biman Bangladesh Airlines, flag carrier of Bangladesh, where  he also held an additional charge of Director Corporate Planning. He has a rich experience in managing Finance and Accounts, spanning over 25 years, out of which 12 years have been gained in Aviation. His expertise ranges from startups, strategic financial planning, fund raising, transformation of systems and processes, project management, directing substantial growth, budgetary control, streamlining multi-site operations and advisory services. .
